When you place an order you can either create a guest account or register for a full account. A registered account allows you to log in to your account in future and view your order history, or place further orders without needing to enter your detalis again. You can also choose to create a registered account without placing an order. When you register for an account we collect your name, e-mail address, telehone number and company.
You can download the data we have collected about you by going to your account page and following the link to download your data.
You can close your account by going to your account page and following the link to close your account. If you close your account we will retain records of any orders you have placed (as described below), but will delete any other data you have supplied.

Orders
When you place an order we collect your name, e-mail address, telephone number, company, delivery and billing addresses and any comments you choose to leave.
We use purchase history data to show recommendations on product pages for other products that were also purchased by customers who purchased the product being viewed. Recommendations are based on aggregated data and no personally identifiable data is revealed. If you close your account your purchase history will no longer be used in this way.

RETURNS
We hope you love your Gifts by Natalia purchase. However, if you would like to return your items, it's very simple.
Returns Policy
Gifts by Natalia is not open to the public. Returns are accepted by postage ONLY, and they cannot be dropped off.
You must e-mail us at [email protected] within 48 hours of parcel arrival to say that the goods are being returned.
Items must be returned within 14 days.
The return address will be provided with the return e-mail.
Please post your item using your local post office or courier service; use tracking postage whilst doing this, as we do not take responsibility for your order.
When your item(s) is received, they will be quarantined for 72 hours due to guidelines and then returns will be processed.
We will not accept returns on any items which appear to have been worn/used.
All items must be returned to us 14 days of your purchase. Please note that items received outside the specified return period will not be accepted.
Delivery charges will not be refunded.
If an item has arrived damaged/missing items, you must report it within 48 hours and orginal labels must be on the item(s); damages outside our 48 hour policy will not be accepted.
You must e-mail us at [email protected] within 48 hours of parcel arrival to say that the goods are being returned and dispatch them by a suitable secure postal delivery method, which can be tracked. The products will remain at your risk from when you send them until we receive them, as evidenced by the tracking. If the products have not been worn or damaged, we will refund you the total price paid but not any delivery charges incurred when sending them to you. A refund would be made using the original method of payment used to make the purchase.
If the condition of the products is unsatisfactory, we will contact you regarding any problem and any necessary full or partial refund deduction.
Returns we receive after the 14 day return policy will be re-sent to the customer at the customer's expense. We cannot accept the customer being away during delivery as a valid reason for a late return.
All returns will be processed within seven days of receiving your parcel. Once a refund has been issued, please allow 3-7 working days for it to appear on your bank statement.
If you missed the 14-day return policy, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Our returns team will answer any further queries Monday to Friday, 9am - 5m.
PayPal Charges
To facilitate our customers' transactions, we offer online ayment via PayPal, a proven and secure method. However, PayPal charges for all transactions, including returned items; we cannot refund any charges levied by PayPal on returned items. Cancellations and returns may not be accepted if the item has been ordered/made specifically for you.
If the product you received is damaged or faulty, you should let us know immediately within 24 hours, and we will ensure that you receive all your statutory rights under N.I. law. Returns outside the stated time frame will only be acceted at Gifts by Natalia's discretion.
Item Faults
When you receive your order and you find it has an issue or fault, contact us within 48 hours and we will resolve this issue. We will only accept faulty items that have been unworn/unused; items worn cannot be returned.
